Your consultation with Dr Perry will be approximately 50 minutes and includes all necessary orthodontic records (photos, digital impressions of teeth and x-rays if required). Dr Perry will diagnose your case and explain the treatment options. You’ll receive a quote for treatment along with payment plan options.

Take 3 minutes to upload photos on your phone or tablet for a FREE online assessment. You will be guided through taking the correct photos which will then be uploaded so that Dr Perry can review and assess your teeth. You will be emailed your treatment options including an estimate of treatment length and cost.
